Circular polariser filters (CPL filters) are a lens accessory that should be in every photographer’s camera bag – especially when doing outdoor, nature or landscape photography.By cutting out certain directions of light, polarised filters remove unwanted glare and reflections off non-metallic surfaces, whilst also increasing contrast and colour-depth in bright-light situations.
