HP laptop uses the battery capacity to below 10% or lower and then shuts down properly. Battery performance lasted 3-4 hours and remained stable until the end.     Battery for HP EliteBook 850 G3 - 3100mAh 11.4V, HP CS03XL: Everything was great from ordering to delivery. The battery fits wonderfully and works well. I can't give any information about the durability after 2 days of use. Note: There are no mounting screws included with the battery supplied. This means that after removing the old battery from the notebook, you have to unscrew the 2 fastening screws attached to the old battery and attach them to the new battery before installing the new battery. ATTENTION when unscrewing the two small screws from the old battery!!! The 2 screws are firmly connected to the old battery using springs and small (approx. 2 mm diameter) washers. The two springs and the two washers can easily be lost during removal. The 2 screws, the 2 springs and the 2 small washers are needed to attach the new battery to the housing.

Das heißt, nach dem Ausbau des alten Akkus aus dem Notebook, muß man die 2 am alten Akku angebrachten Befestigungsschrauben abschrauben und vor dem Einbau des neuen Akkus am neuen Akku anbringen. A C H T U N G beim Abschrauben der beiden kleinen Schrauben vom alten Akku!!! Die 2 Schrauben sind nämlich mittels Federn und kleinen (ca. 2 mm Durchmesser) Scheiben fix mit dem alten Akku verbunden. Die beiden Federn und die beiden Scheiben können beim Ausbau leicht verloren gehen. Die 2 Schrauben, die 2 Federn und die 2 kleinen Scheiben benötigt man für die Befestigung des neuen Akkus am Gehäuse.
