The battery arrived today and is working very well so far. The only downside is the slight delay in delivery, which is probably due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The battery supplied by Subtel fitted perfectly in my nine years old Acer laptop and functions like a new one: perfect and my laptop is very happy.
I know Subtel having previously bought with them a replacement battery for my Canon 5D.
There are many replacement batteries for sale, all of them were dis-appointing, but now I can say with even more confidence: Subtel batteries are simply the best.

The only drawback is that the search function on the Subtel site is not good. If I enter the same thing in
Google, it finds a suitable battery at SubTel, but not with its own search function.

This battery is exactly the same as the one that came with my PC when I purchased it. It has a really very short lifespan and also a very short charging time. But it is inexpensive. It is the ransom of the least quality.

Hello to the whole team the product ordered was 100% compliant the voltage was respected as well as the capacity I had no problem setting up the computer accepting it immediately which was not the case in another order made on another site I already knew subtel and when I tried to make my first as my first order on a weekend I think your computers must have been overloaded and payment support was not going through so here it is the experience with you and again conclusive there is just this problem of overload during the weekend which perhaps should be settled I wish you good continuity to all
